A circus troupe goes on a crime spree after inhaling some toxic gases by accident; causing mutation and granting them superhuman powers. One of them; played by Aaron Kwok; defects from the troupe and teams up with a special agent; Wu Jing; and a cop Zhang Jingchu; who pushes him to the peak of his super powers to help fight the criminal troupe and save the city.
