 Sales Advisor (Remote)– Job Description

Position Title:

Sales Advisor (Remote)

Reports To:

Sales Manager / Director of Sales / Owner


Position Summary

The Remote Sales Advisor is responsible for engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products or services. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth by delivering excellent customer experiences, building relationships, and closing sales in a fully remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, or video calls

  • Proactively reach out to leads and potential clients

  • Build rapport and trust with customers to understand their needs

2. Sales & Conversion

  • Present and recommend products or services based on customer requirements

  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

  • Handle objections effectively and close deals professionally

3. Product Knowledge

  • Maintain a deep understanding of products, services, pricing, and promotions

  • Clearly communicate value propositions and key benefits

  • Stay updated on new offerings and market trends

4. CRM & Reporting

  • Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems

  • Track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups

  • Provide regular updates and sales reports to management

5. Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with customers

  • Follow up on leads and past customers for repeat business

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

6. Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams

  • Share customer feedback to improve offerings and processes

  • Participate in virtual meetings, training, and team sessions


Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role

  • Experience in remote or virtual sales environments is an asset

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Persuasive and confident sales ability

  • Active listening and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Comfortable using digital sales platforms and remote tools

Worship Team Manager – Job Description

Position Title:

Worship Team Manager

Reports To:

Senior Pastor / Worship Pastor / Ministry Director

Position Summary:

The Worship Team Manager supports the spiritual and operational effectiveness of the worship ministry. This role focuses on coordinating team members, organizing schedules, maintaining communication, and ensuring that worship services run smoothly, allowing the worship team to lead the congregation into meaningful, Christ-centered worship.


Key Responsibilities

1. Team Coordination & Scheduling

  • Create and manage worship team schedules (musicians, vocalists, tech team)

  • Ensure adequate coverage for all services, rehearsals, and special events

  • Manage availability, substitutions, and last-minute changes

2. Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the worship team

  • Communicate weekly service details (setlists, rehearsal times, expectations)

  • Send reminders and updates in a timely and organized manner

3. Service Preparation Support

  • Coordinate with the Worship Pastor on service planning

  • Distribute music, charts, and rehearsal materials in advance

  • Ensure all team members are prepared and equipped

4. Volunteer Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain worship team members

  • Maintain a database of volunteers and skill sets

  • Foster a positive, encouraging, and spiritually healthy team culture

5. Rehearsal & Service Oversight

  • Ensure rehearsals are organized and start/end on time

  • Assist in troubleshooting logistical issues during services

  • Support smooth transitions during worship sets

6. Administration

  • Maintain records of schedules, attendance, and team rotations

  • Manage planning tools (e.g., Planning Center, Concordia,  or similar)

  • Organize worship resources and documentation

7. Spiritual Support

  • Encourage spiritual growth within the team

  • Promote unity, prayer, and Christ-centered focus

  • Model a lifestyle of worship, humility, and service


Qualifications

Spiritual Requirements

  • Strong, growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ

  • Agreement with the ministry'd statement of faith and values

  • Commitment to a lifestyle that reflects Christian character

Skills & Experience

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Experience working with teams or volunteers (church experience preferred)

  • Familiarity with worship ministry structure and flow

Technical Skills (Preferred)

  • Experience with church management tools (e.g., Planning Center)

  • Basic understanding of music teams and/or live production environments
